We consistently orientate ourselves on this cycle of life: instead of devaluing nutrient-rich side streams from food production in biogas plants in anaerobic processes to methane (energy), aerobic valorisation by insects enables complete recovery of the valuable nutrients. This not only produces energy in the form of oil, but also high-quality protein and organic fertiliser. These can be reused as new, value-adding products.
